With the holidays right around the corner, these new or upcoming movies are perfect to binge over the breaks. 

• Home Sweet Home Alone

This new Disney+ original film directed by Dan Mazer will be released on November 12 starring Archie Yates, Ellie Kemper, Kenan Thompson, and Rob Delaney. This sequel tells the story of a boy who is left home alone when a man and her wife try to sneak inside the house thinking that the boy unknowingly took a malformed doll.  

• The Matrix Resurrections

 Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, Jessica Henwick, and many more star in this much anticipated sequel coming out on December 22. Neo’s life gets turned back around when he finds himself stuck back in the matrix. Can’t wait for this brand new movie directed by Lana Wachowski.

• Spider-Man: No Way Home

Another blockbuster Spider-Man movie starring Tom Holland and Zendaya set to release on December 17th. The movie will feature Peter Parker living with his true identity revealed as he tries to separate his superhero and normal life. He then becomes forced to understand the true meaning of what it is to be Spider-Man. This is another can’t miss Marvel movie directed by Jon Watts that is filled with much anticipation. 

• Sing 2

The first Sing was released in September of 2016, five years later, Sing 2 directed by Garth Jennings is set to come out on December 22. The cast includes Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Matthew McConaughey, Pharrell Williams and many more stars. Buster (the koala) has turned the New Moon theater into a huge hit, but that’s not enough for Buster. He and his crew (Johnny the gorilla, mother pig Rosita, elephant Meena, Ash the porcupine, and Gunter the dancing pig) try to sneak their way by the cruel wolf Jimmy Crystal into the world-famous Crystal Entertainment offices.

• The King’s Man

Another movie set to be released on December 22 is the King’s Man. One man races against time to try and stop history’s worst criminals and tyrants, as they plan a war that could destroy humanity and kill millions of people. Stanley Tucci, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton, and more star in this upcoming thriller directed by Matthew Vaughn.
